Finding all of the Bamboo Strikes is also a requirement for the Body, Mind, and Spirit Trophy. By completing these simple memory puzzles, your character can increase the amount of Resolve they have available. Tsushima has 16 scattered across its three regions. The quickest way to do that is to find Bamboo Strikes hidden across the island. The best way to keep your options open is to permanently raise your Resolve. Each use of a combat or life-granting skill takes one or more pieces of Resolve from the amount you have available. In order to stay effective - and alive - in combat you’ll need plenty of this limited resource. Once you lift the fog of war from Tsushima’s southern region, you can freely explore to find all the game’s collectibles or use our guide to all the collectibles in each of Izuhara’s prefectures.Abilities and healing in Ghost of Tsushima both pull from the same resource: your Resolve.
